The kale in my garden is growing so much. Even though I have a few plants, a little goes a long way. You can pick some of the leaves and the plant will keep growing through out the season.
Using lots of butter, lemon juice and white wine, onion, garlic, kale and fresh tomatoes. I used a firm Parmesan like cheese (I can’t remember exactly what it was now) which gave it a nice kick. So good and so easy.
