Because I’m always curious about the stuff I eat, and having accessible Google wherever I am (pretty much), I looked online for the benefits of this delicious fruit.
According to whfoods.com, papaya is magical. Loaded with vitamins, anti-inflammatory properties, and other all around goodness (beta carotene & vitamin c). Yes I know all whole fruits and vegetables are super good for me, but do they all taste like candy?
I can’t believe it took 30 years of my life to try papaya, now I am convinced I need to try other fruits and veggies. Let the delicious tastes roll in!
