Hiking in the forest 

 So we finally got back into the Community Forest to enjoy the amazing nature that is literally right in our town.    

Mick loves to walk in the forest, and it’s great exercise for Dave and I too. I would say it’s our favourite way to stay in shape, because we are in nature.   

Not only is it good for us physically, but it’s so good for us mentally and emotionally. Hiking is so great for stress relief, mindfulness and getting in our cardio. All in all a great way to keep moving, which with AS I must do!
